Help us create the next generation self-driving enterprise software - Technical domain within unit4 has a job opportunity for a Test Analyst.
“The Technical domain is responsible for delivering a solid foundation for solving Unit4 Eco-System wide challenges – within architecture, integration, common enterprise functionality, frameworks usage and tooling – by delivering the platform for future integrations and common enterprise functionality, govern architectural transitions and conducting incubation of holistic applicable features and technologies to support self-driving software.”
This vision has amongst other things resulted in the delivery of a set of integration services such as identity services, user provisioning services, messaging framework and API standards. To support our self-driving software vision, we have been running a number of incubation projects, which have resulted in delivery of our digital assistant Wanda and a set of true microservices such as our receipt recognition service. We are a Microsoft partner and since the last couple of years we have enabled our products to run in Microsoft Azure. What you will do
In this job, you will join a development team and work independently to guarantee the testability of requirements in developing a product. For this, you will join a team from various backgrounds and cultures – you will be interacting with our team in Poland (where we have another R&D center).
Working as a Tester, you will identify the best basis and create relevant tests, which forms the foundation for automated testing. You will ensure a level of independence as the Quality Manager (QM) will challenge the design and help identify alternative paths.
In this job, you will test newly developed products and solutions against test requirements and test scenarios to make sure it works the way it should. You will also create test cases that we use in regression testing.
Your approach
To make it in the Technical domain you don’t have to be an engineer - you just need the right attitude! Passion for software/technology, team work and attention to detail will make you an asset to the team!
Your profile
You have a have a minimum of 3 years of higher education and/or equivalent relevant experience within this role – previous software engineering or similar experience will be an advantage.
You have an eye for detail and you believe that everything can be solved so you will always look for different ways to solve an issue.
You easily connect and talk with people on different levels or from different areas, that’s why your English skills are great!
