Atrebo is the specialist in critical infrastructure asset management, with more than 10 years of experience in the telecom sector. Our software TREE is an open platform based on four pillars for MNOs, towercos, suppliers and contractors to reach their full digital potential.
As the Presales, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the commercial bond with our clients and prospects, supporting the sales team operations worldwide. You will work to create the demo environments of our platform that fulfil our clients’ needs and expectations and will be the one running the demos and showcase the solutions. You should be able to inspire trust and develop engagement with the client, based on a robust technical knowledge of the platform and a deep understanding of the Telco Tower operation business, you will guide them through their digital transformation journey.
Your success will be measured by the effectiveness in nurturing current accounts and gaining new clients.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As part of our presales department, within the revenue area, you will be responsible for running demos in English to international clients. Create, configure and maintain the demo environments of the accounts assigned to you, working hand in hand with the development, product and marketing departments to assure the maximum success rate. The presales representatives usually lead transversal projects for new integrations or special functionalities requested by a client. With a particular focus on the following areas:
- Materialise the sales and client’s business processes and requirements into tangible solutions implemented on our platform.
- Lead Transversal Temporal Workgroups for new integrations, special functionalities and offers, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bid management for international tenders.
- Plan and implement the demo scenarios.
- Lead meetings with client’s technical counterpart.
- Run webinars and workshops with customers and prospects.
- Upsell new services to the current clients.
- Identify new opportunities.
- Find new ways to present our platform with relevant impact for the client’s KPIs.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of the demos, measure success and propose new mechanisms for improvement.
- Communicate reports on relevant data, benchmarking, feedback and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Power our marketing funnel to drive convert visitors into leads and leads into customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You are a tech-savvy, data-driven presales professional.
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Telecommunication, IT or Industrial engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as presales representative.
- Experience running demos in English.
- First-hand experience in theteleco or software sector.
- Knowledge of the deep-tech sector (IoT, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain)
- Experience implementing process management platforms.
- Able to work independently on both strategic and operational activities in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Any other language is a plus.
