In this role

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process partnering with hiring managers in all locations at worldwide level
  • Screen candidates’ profiles and job applications
  • Creating and maintaining requirement profiles and publishing job ads
  • Facilitate interview process, hiring decisions, and offer negotiations
  • Create efficient pipelines of qualified candidates developing unique recruiting strategies to fill high priority roles
  • Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Organizing and implementing recruiting events (Forums, Hackathon events, technological challenges)
  • Setting-up and maintaining a network to universities, interest groups and recruitment agencies
  • Collaborate with design and implement company policies, procedures ensuring positive employee experience and strengthening company strategy
  • Improvement culture, policies action to improve employee engagement

About Your Profile

  • You have completed higher education in an HR field related
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment in an international environment in IT recruitment agency or an in-house experience in IT industry
  • Strong background as a full-life cycle recruiter with validated skills in talent sourcing and the tech industry
  • Demonstrate experience managing the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Expertise in recruitment for SaaS Industry and software engineering
  • Demonstrated experience creating and building a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidates.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English & Spanish
